Consulting Day definition

Consulting Day means 7½ working hours within the hours of 9am to 5.30pm on a Business Day.
Consulting Day has the meaning given to it in Clause 7. Customer: means the entity which purchases the Services from Qubit as more particularly detailed in the Sales Order Form.
Consulting Day means a core working day of 7.5 hours from 9.00am to 5.30pm with an hour break for lunch, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Examples of Consulting Day in a sentence

  • The Consultant will be paid an annual fee of $75,000 per year starting as of the date of the Company's first official Scientific Advisory Board meeting (the "Commencement Date"), and $1,000 for each Consulting Day in excess of 25 full days per year.

  • Upon termination, all accrued payments will be made and, regardless of quarter, the unpaid portion of the annual fee will be paid in proportion to the portion of the Consulting Day commitments set forth in Section 1.2 that has been provided.

More Definitions of Consulting Day

Consulting Day means the providing of eight hours of consulting services to the Company by Consultant (excluding travel time). The Consultant shall have the option to receive, in lieu of the cash compensation provided for in this Section 4(a), such number of shares of common stock of the Company, par value $0.0001 ("Company Stock"), with a value equal to the cash compensation due to Consultant. The value of each share of Company Stock shall be equal to the greater of (i) $0.01 and (ii) the lowest price per share at which any shares of Company Stock were sold between June 15, 2001, and March 31, 2002. The Company shall have the obligation to immediately register under an S-8 registration an adequate number of shares of Company Stock under this formula to provide free trading shares to the Consultant for all sums due under this Agreement.

  • Consulting Services means services of an advisory and intellectual nature provided by consultants using their professional skills to study, design, organize, and manage projects, encompassing multiple activities and disciplines, including the crafting of sector policies and institutional reforms, specialist advice, legal advice and integrated solutions, change management and financial advisory services, planning and engineering studies, and architectural design services, supervision, social and environmental assessments, technical assistance, and programme implementation;

  • Consulting Agreement means any written or oral agreement to retain the services, for a fee, of a consultant for the purposes of (A) providing counsel to a contractor, vendor, consultant or other entity seeking to conduct, or conducting, business with the State, (B) contracting, whether in writing or orally, any executive, judicial, or administrative office of the State, including any department, institution, bureau, board, commission, authority, official or employee for the purpose of solicitation, dispute resolution, introduction or requests for information or (C) any other similar activity related to such contracts.

  • Severance Period means the period of time commencing on the date of the first occurrence of a Change in Control and continuing until the earlier of (i) the second anniversary of the occurrence of the Change in Control and (ii) the Executive’s death.

  • Consulting Engineer /"Consultant" shall mean any firm or person duly appointed as such from time to time by the owner.

  • Month means calendar month.
