Consumer Privacy Ombudsman definition

Consumer Privacy Ombudsman means the consumer privacy ombudsman appointed in the Bankruptcy Cases pursuant to the Order Directing the United States Trustee to Appoint a Consumer Privacy Ombudsman Pursuant to Section 332(a) of the Bankruptcy Code [D.I. 699] and as set forth in the Notice of Appointment of Consumer Privacy Ombudsman [D.I. 727].
