Consumers Society definition

Consumers Society means a society formed with the object of obtaining and distributing goods to or of performing services for its members, as well as to other consumers and of dividing among its members and customers in a proportion prescribed by the rules or by the bye-laws of such society, the profits accruing from such supply and distribution;
