Examples of the Society in a sentence
The Employer shall provide the Union with an updated list of the membership of the Management of the Society, including the Officers of the Employer, the members of the Personnel Committee of the Board of Directors, the Excluded Managers and any other designates of Management.
The Employer retains the right to manage the Society, to determine policy of the Society to direct the work force and set the conditions of work subject to the terms of this Agreement.
The Maintenance Agency shall provide a detail list of Maintenance Deposit collected and held against each unit to the Society on its request.
