Contained Area means a location enclosed within a durable material that prevents the contents from blowing or otherwise separating from the other contents including, but not limited to, sturdy woven wire fencing, rot-resistant wood, or a Compost Bin, which will provide for adequate aeration. The area shall not exceed 100 cubic feet (for example, 5ft x 5ft x 4ft) in volume.
