Landscaped area definition

Landscaped area means all the planting areas, turf areas, and water features in a landscape design plan subject to the Maximum Applied Water Allowance and Estimated Applied Water Use calculations. The landscaped area does not include footprints of buildings or structures, sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, decks, patios, gravel or stone walks, other pervious or non-pervious hardscapes, and other non-irrigated areas designated for non-development (e.g., open spaces and existing native vegetation).
Landscaped area means an area of land made attractive and desirable by the use of any or all of the following: grass, trees, shrubs, ornamental plantings, fences, walls and associated earthworks; however, it shall not include areas occupied by garbage containers, storage, parking lots or driveways;
Landscaped area means the open unobstructed space on a lot accessible from the street on which the lot is located and which is suitable for the growth and maintenance of grass, flowers, bushes and/or other landscaping and includes any surfaced walk, patio and/or similar area, but does not include any driveway or ramp, whether surfaced or not, any curb, retaining wall, parking area or any open space beneath or within any building or structure, but shall be deemed to include the area of covered and/or uncovered pedestrian malls in shopping centres.

Landscaped area means an outdoor area on a lot comprising trees, plants, decorative stonework, retaining walls, walkways, or other landscape or architectural elements, excluding aisles and areas for loading, parking or storing of vehicles.
Landscaped area means an area of land made attractive by the use of hard or soft landscaping materials; however, it shall not include areas occupied by garbage containers, storage, parking lots, or driveways;

Landscaped area means the entire parcel less the building footprint, driveways, non-irrigated portions of parking lots, hardscapes — such as decks and patios and other non-porous areas. Water features are included in the calculation of the landscaped area. Areas dedicated to edible plants, such as orchards or vegetable gardens are not included.
Landscaped area means that portion of a parcel that is required to be a hard surfaced landscaped area or soft surfaced landscaped area.
