Contingency Reserves definition

Contingency Reserves shall have the meaning set forth in the NERC Glossary of Terms.
Contingency Reserves means, collectively, the four line items included in other accrued liabilities on a balance sheet of the Business specified as "Other-U.S.A.", "Other-Foreign", "Contingency-D-M-E U.S.A." and "Contingency-D-M-E of Canada".
Contingency Reserves are those reserves provided by Port Xxxxxxxx under this Agreement for purposes of providing reserves for BPA’s firm power loads within the region, as provided for in the Northwest Power Act.

  • Contingency Reserve means a reserve established for the protection of policyholders covered by policies insuring munici- pal bonds against the effect of excessive losses occurring during adverse economic cycles.

  • Loss Reserve means, on any date, an amount equal to (i) the aggregate of the Investment of all Purchasers set forth in the definition thereof at the close of business of the Servicer on such date multiplied by (ii)(A) the Loss Reserve Percentage on such date divided by (B) 100% minus the Loss Reserve Percentage on such date.
