Contingent fee as used in this clause, means any commission, percentage, brokerage, or other fee that is contingent upon the success that a person or concern has in securing a Government contract.
Continuing care contract means, as stated in RCW 70.38.025, a contract providing a person, for the duration of that person's life or for a term in excess of one year, shelter along with nursing, medical, health-related, or personal care services, which is conditioned upon the transfer of property, the payment of an entrance fee to the provider of such ser- vices, or the payment of periodic charges for the care and ser- vices involved. A continuing care contract is not excluded from this definition because the contract is mutually termina- ble or because shelter and services are not provided at the same location.
Contingent Load means Load payable by the Unit Holder at actual basis to the extent of loss incurred by fund due to disinvestments if Units are redeemed by any major Unit Holder in such period of time that the Management Company believes may adversely affect the interest of other Unit Holder(s). Any Contingent Load received will form part of the Trust Property.
Cost-reimbursement contract means a contract under which a contractor is reimbursed for costs which are allowable and allocable in accordance with the contract terms and the provisions of this code, and paid a fee, if any.
Contingent Facilities means those unbuilt Interconnection Facilities and Network Upgrades upon which the Interconnection Request’s costs, timing, and study findings are dependent and, if delayed or not built, could cause a need for restudies of the Interconnection Request or a reassessment of the Interconnection Facilities and/or Network Upgrades and/or costs and timing.
Medicare Levy Surcharge means an extra charge payable by high income earners beyond the standard Medicare Levy if they do not have qualifying private hospital insurance coverage. This charge is assessed as part of an individual or family’s annual tax return.
Contingent Payment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2 (Contingent Payments).
Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or
Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to a participating health or dental plan for each enrollee for the provision of covered medical or dental services whether or not the enrollee received services during the month for which the fee is intended.
CFD Contract or "CFD" shall mean a contract which is a contract for difference by reference to fluctuations in the price of the relevant security or index;
EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
Adult foster care facility means an adult foster care facility licensed under the adult foster care facility licensing act, 1979 PA 218, MCL 400.701 to 400.737.
Permit Fee means a fee in an amount established by the SFMTA Board, required to be paid by a permit applicant for permit issuance or renewal, including any late payment penalties or interest for failure to pay in accordance with the requirements of this Article and any other regulations adopted by the SFMTA Board.
Premium Payment Date in respect of any Option, means the date on which the Premium is due and payable, as agreed to at the time the Option is entered into, as evidenced in a Confirmation.
