Contingent Payment Amounts definition

Contingent Payment Amounts means an amount in cash equal to the portion of the Escrow Amount that is from time to time distributable to the Stockholders in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement.
Contingent Payment Amounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(f).
Contingent Payment Amounts means the Sales Contingent Payment Amounts and the Milestone Contingent Payment Amounts.
