Continuation Service definition

Continuation Service means the one-year continuation of the Grantee’s service obligation, which applies to both half-time and full-time service providers.

Related to Continuation Service

  • payment initiation service means a service to initiate a payment order at the request of the payment service user with respect to a payment account held at another payment service provider;

  • Generation Service means the sale of electricity, including ancillary services such as the provision of reserves, to a Customer by a Competitive Supplier.

  • Application Services means the hosted applications and related services as described in Exhibit A.

  • eDDA Service means a service provided by HKICL as part of HKICL FPS to facilitate customers of Participants to set up direct debit authorisation.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.
