Continuing member of the bargaining unit" means a person who was a member of the bargaining unit on (1) June 30, 2012 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2012), (2) June 30, 2013 and who continues to be a member of the bargaining unit (after July 1, 2013), but does not include any Sessional Lecturer;
