Continuous sound definition

Continuous sound means any sound that exists, essentially without interruption, for a period of ten minutes or more.
Continuous sound means any sound occurring for a duration of more than 3 minutes, or occurring continually, sporadically or erratically but totalling more than 3 minutes in any 15 minute period of time;
