Contract Assignment Agreement definition

Contract Assignment Agreement means the Security Agreement, dated as of August 15, 1997, between Trace Foam Company, Inc. and the Lender, substantially in the form of Exhibit I hereto, pursuant to which Trace Foam Company, Inc. grants a security interest in the Management Agreement in favor of the Lender, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.
