Contract Assignment Consent and Acknowledgement definition
Contract Assignment Consent and Acknowledgement means the acknowledgement of notice of, and consent to, the assignment by each Borrower in favour of the Bank in respect of the respective Contract, to be given by the Builder;
Contract Assignment Consent and Acknowledgement means, in relation to each Ship, the acknowledgement of notice of, and consent to, the assignment in respect of the Contract for such Ship given or (as the context may require) to be given by the Builder in the form scheduled to the relevant Pre-delivery Security Assignment and “Contract Assignment Consents and Acknowledgements” means any or all of them;
