Contract Change Document or “CCD” shall mean the following documents, which may be required to be submitted
TE Document means Tender Enquiry Document
Bidding Document means this document including all the appendices hereto, for the purposes of setting out the process for submission of a bid and selection of Successful Bidder in accordance with the provisions of the IB Code and shall include all supplements, modifications, amendments, alterations or clarifications thereto issued in accordance with the terms hereof;
Customer Agreement means a written agreement entered into between Provider and any Customer pursuant to which a Customer orders BPO Services from Provider.
Project Agreement means the agreement between the Bank and the Project Implementing Entity of even date herewith, as the same may be amended from time to time; and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to the Project Agreement.
Transaction Agreement has the meaning set forth in the recitals.
RFP Project Documents means the following documents to be entered into in respect of the Project, by the parties to the respective agreements:
