Contract education definition

Contract education means those situations in which the District contracts with a public or private entity for the purposes of providing instruction or services or both.
Contract education means educational services that are either: (1) provided by the District for remuneration under contracts with businesses or other agencies, or (2) received by the District for remuneration under contracts with businesses or other agencies.
