The Parties agree that the student-generated local funds for member schools shall be subject to recoupment, in whole or in part, wherever reductions to total school and/or district allocations, as calculated by the Tennessee Department of Education or Authorizer, result in an amount due to the State of Tennessee or geographic LEA.
