Contract Law definition

Contract Law refers to the PRC Contract Law and relevant regulations thereunder and other relevant laws and regulations as may be applicable to the CJV.
Contract Law means the law applicable to the formation, enforceability and interpretation of a specific Commercial Contract or governing a specific Commercial Transaction.
