Contract Manufacturing Agreement definition

Contract Manufacturing Agreement means any manufacturing or supply agreement with a manufacturer or supplier of raw materials, bulk product, final packaged doses or any intermediate form of any drug product to which any Company Entity is a party.

Contract Manufacturing Agreement means any agreement or arrangement between the Seller or any of its Affiliates and any Third Party for the Manufacture of a product, including bulk drug product, bulk drug substance and finished product.
