Contract Portfolio definition

Contract Portfolio means a catalog of Products for which Novation has contracted with Supplier for the benefit of the members of VHA and UHC and the associated healthcare organizations of HPPI. For purposes of clarification, a Product is purchased through a Contract Portfolio if the Product is included in the contract between Novation and Supplier and is sold to a VHA or UHC member, regardless of whether such sale is pursuant to a separate contract between Supplier and the member and except when the Member notifies Novation that the Product has been purchased pursuant to the terms of another GPO’s contract.
Contract Portfolio means a catalog of Products for which Novation, has contracted with Supplier for the benefit of the members of VHA and UHC and the associated healthcare organizations, of HPPI. For purposes of clarification, a Product is purchased through a Contract Portfolio if the Product is included in the contract between Novation and Supplier and is sold to a VHA or UHC member, regardless of whether such sale is pursuant to a separate contract -between Supplier and the member and except when the Member notifies Novation that the Product has been purchased pursuant to the terms of another GPO’s contract.
Contract Portfolio means, with respect to a particular GPO, a catalog of Products for which the GPO has contracted with Supplier for the benefit of the GPO's Members.

  • Supplier agrees to pay to Neoforma transaction fees for the sale of Products through the Novation Contract Portfolio at the Marketplace at Novation as set forth in the following table.

  • Group contract means a contract for health care services which by its terms limits eligibility to members of a specified group. The group contract may include coverage for dependents.

  • Sale Contract means a contract providing for the sale of one or more projects to one or more contracting parties and includes a contract providing for payment of the purchase price in one or more installments. If the sale contract permits title to the project to pass to the other contracting party or parties prior to payment in full of the entire purchase price, it shall also provide for the other contracting party or parties to deliver to the municipality or to the trustee under the indenture pursuant to which the bonds were issued one or more notes, debentures, bonds or other secured or unsecured debt obligations of such contracting party or parties providing for timely payments, including without limitation, interest thereon for the balance of the purchase price at or prior to the passage of such title.

  • Mortgage Receivable means a promissory note secured by a Mortgage of which the Parent, the Borrower or another Subsidiary is the holder and retains the rights of collection of all payments thereunder.

  • Servicing Contract means, with respect to any Person, the arrangement, whether or not in writing, under which that Person has the right to service Mortgage Loans.

  • Selling Portfolio has the meaning specified in Section 2.10;

  • Mortgage Loans Such of the mortgage loans transferred and assigned to the Trustee pursuant to the provisions hereof as from time to time are held as a part of the Trust Fund (including any REO Property), the mortgage loans so held being identified in the Mortgage Loan Schedule, notwithstanding foreclosure or other acquisition of title of the related Mortgaged Property.

  • Purchased Receivables means all those accounts, receivables, chattel paper, instruments, contract rights, documents, general intangibles, letters of credit, drafts, bankers acceptances, and rights to payment, and all proceeds thereof (all of the foregoing being referred to as "receivables"), arising out of the invoices and other agreements identified on or delivered with any Invoice Transmittal delivered by Seller to Buyer which Buyer elects to purchase and for which Buyer makes an Advance.
