Premium payment plan means a benefit plan whereby school em- ployees may pay their share of group health plan premiums with pretax dollars as provided in the salary reduction plan under chapter 41.05 RCW pursuant to 26 U.S.C. Sec. 125 or other sections of the Internal Revenue Code.
Contract Schedule The list (as such list may be amended from time to time) identifying each Contract constituting part of the corpus of the Trust Fund as of the Cut-off Date, and which (a) identifies each Contract as either a Fixed Rate Contract or Adjustable Rate Contract and by contract number and name and address of the Obligor and (b) sets forth as to each Contract (i) the unpaid principal balance as of the related Transfer Date determined by giving effect to payments received prior to the related Transfer Date, (ii) the amount of each scheduled payment due from the Obligor, and (iii) the APR.
Interim Payment Certificate means a payment certificate issued under Clause 14 [Contract Price and Payment], other than the Final Payment Certificate.
Contract Sum means the sum named in the letter of acceptance including Physical contingencies subject to such addition thereto or deduction there-from as may be made under the provisions hereinafter contained.
Prepayment Charge Schedule A data field in the Mortgage Loan Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A which sets forth the amount or method of calculation of the Prepayment Charge and the term during which such Prepayment Charge is imposed with respect to a Mortgage Loan.
Payment Schedule ’ means a schedule which sets out—
Late Payment Charge means the charge that is applied when either Party fails to remit payment for any charges by the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received after the Bill Due Date, or if payment for any portion of the charges is received in funds which are not immediately available or received by either Party as of the Bill Due Date, or if either Party does not submit the Remittance Information.
Final Payment Certificate means the payment certificate issued under Sub-Clause 14.13 [Issue of Final Payment Certificate].
Additional Special Servicing Compensation As defined in Section 3.11(d).
Contract Fee means the price, fee, rent, or royalty payable in a contract under this chapter or
Payment Cap For each Mortgage Loan, the percentage limit set forth in the related Mortgage Note concerning the maximum permitted increase in a monthly payment.
Contract Start Date means the date specified in your Contract for Signature as the date this Contract starts;
Final Payment Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.13;
Premium Payment Date in respect of any Option, means the date on which the Premium is due and payable, as agreed to at the time the Option is entered into, as evidenced in a Confirmation.
Disbursement Schedule means the disbursement schedule as set out in an FAA;
MONTHLY KILOMETREAGE STATEMENT CUM BILL means the format specified by the Company.
Interim Payment has the meaning specified in Section 10.1.
Stage Payment Statement shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 19.4; “Structures” means an elevated road or a flyover, as the case may be;
Assigned Annual Special Tax means the Special Tax of that name described in Section D.
Insurance Schedule means Schedule 3 attached hereto.
Repayment Schedule means the schedule of repayment dates as detailed in Schedule 5 (Loan Repayment Schedule), to be replaced as required in accordance with Clause 5 (Repayment) and Clause 6.10(b) (Partial prepayment of Loans).
Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.
Lump Sum Payment means, collectively, the lump-sum payments that may be payable to Executive pursuant to the first sentence of Subsection 6(b)(iii) and pursuant to Subsection 6(c)(ii)(B).
Minimum Payment Due means the least payment amount, specified in the “Statement of Account”, required to be paid by the “Principal Cardholder” on or before the “Payment Due Date” in order to keep the “Card Account” active. “Past Due Amount” from previous “Billing Cycle” will form part of the “Minimum Payment Due”.
Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.
Early Termination Schedule is defined in Section 4.2 of this Agreement.
