Contract Supplement definition

Contract Supplement means the written instrument describing additions, changes or deletions to Project Sponsor’s scope of work as defined by the Contract Documents, or in the time of performance of the Contract (or any other change desired by TNMP) authorized and executed by duly authorized representatives of the parties hereto with the same formality as this Contract.
Contract Supplement means a document or amendment to this Agreement (substantially in the form attached as Exhibit II-A) executed by the parties on or after the Effective Date and pursuant to which Software, Equipment and/or Services may be acquired by Customer from HBOC after the Effective Date to be used and provided in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Contract Supplement means a signed memorandum from the Department that notifies the Contractor that funds will be added to the Contract and does not require a signature of the Contractor.
