Contracting Clinic definition

Contracting Clinic means a Community Clinic that has executed an Agreement for the 28 Provision of Community Clinic Services with COUNTY that is the same as the Agreement.

Contracting Clinic means a clinic, as defined in Section 1200 of the Health and Safety Code, that is contracted with the insured’s health insurer.
