Contractor Conditions definition

Contractor Conditions means the conditions that the Supplier is obliged to include in the contract that it has with the Contractor in accordance with clause 6.1, as set out in schedule 4 (Contractor Conditions) to these Call-off Terms;

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;
