Contractor's Overhead definition

Contractor's Overhead means costs incurred by Sellers and set forth on the Construction Budgets for contractor's overhead and profit.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.

This definition shall govern without regard to whether or not the construction contractor is acting in fulfillment of a contract.

  • General Contractor means a person or entity duly licensed in the state of Florida with the requisite skills, experience and credit worthiness to successfully provide the units required in the Application, and which meets the criteria described in Rule 67-48.0072, F.A.C.
