Contractor’s Program definition

Contractor’s Program has the meaning given to it in Clause 21.1(a).

Examples of Contractor’s Program in a sentence

  • SCS reserves the right at any time to require that an independent financial audit be performed of the Contractor’s Program at the Contractor’s expense.

  • In the event that such an audit is conducted, SCS expressly reserves the right to direct the Contractor’s Program to undergo any additional auditing by an entity designated by SCS for this purpose, and Contractor shall pay all costs associated with this additional audit in entirety.

  • Processes for verifying services with members shall be included in the Contractor’s Program Integrity Plan.

  • In the event there is a conflict between this Contract or Appendix A and the Contractor’s Program Description (“Appendix B”), this Contract shall control, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties.

  • Contractor shall maintain one waiting list throughout the school year that contains the names and phone numbers of all MPS pupils who have applied for admission into Contractor’s School and have met the admissions requirements of the school as set forth in the Contractor’s Program Description.

  • These reports will be on a form acceptable to, or provided by, Administrator and will report anticipated year-end actual costs and revenues for Contractor’s Program described in the Services Paragraph of this Attachment A to the Contract.

  • The Master Contract-level program management support costs, to include the Contractor’s Program Manager and the Contracts Manager, encompass support for Master Contract-level management, reporting requirements (See Section F, Performance and Deliverables) and related travel and meeting attendance costs associated with the Contractor’s program management staff.

  • All costs associated with the Contractor’s Program Manager shall be at no direct cost to the Government.

  • The Contractor shall identify the person selected to fill the role of the Contractor’s Program Manager for the Basic Contract.

Related to Contractor’s Program

  • Contractor’s Personnel means the Contractor's Representative and all personnel whom the Contractor utilises on Site, who may include the staff, labour and other employees of the Contractor and of each Subcontractor; and any other personnel assisting the Contractor in the execution of the Works.

  • Contractors means the bidder whose bid has been accepted by the COE;

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Contractor Personnel means Contractor’s employees and subcontractors (as well as any employees or subcontractors of those subcontractors) performing the Services.

  • Sub-Contractors means those persons furnishing labor or materials for the Project pursuant to the Sub- Contracts.
