Contributing Chartered Organizations definition

Contributing Chartered Organizations means the current or former Chartered Organizations listed on Exhibit D hereto and any Chartered Organization made a Protected Party under a Post-Effective Date Chartered Organization Settlement approved by the Bankruptcy Court in accordance with Article IV.J. No Participating Chartered Organization shall be considered a Contributing Chartered Organization based solely on the Participating Chartered Organization Insurance Assignment.
