Future Claimants definition

Future Claimants. Representative” means James L. Patton, Jr., the legal representative appointed by the Bankruptcy Court for holders of Future Abuse Claims, or any successor legal representative appointed by the Bankruptcy Court.

Future Claimants. Motion" means the motion filed by the Future Claimants' Representative on September 6, 2002, for an order authorizing the Future Claimants' Representative (either alone or in combination with other creditor constituencies) to commence certain avoidance actions on behalf of the Debtors' Estates under Sections 544, 545, 547, 548 and/or 553 of the Bankruptcy Code.
