Control Account Bank definition

Control Account Bank means the commercial bank holding a Control Account.

Control Account Bank means a commercial bank at which a Control Account is established. A list of all Control Account Banks on the Amendment Effective Date has been provided by the Issuer (or its agent) to the Administrative Agent and the Indenture Trustee.
