Control Account Bank definition

Control Account Bank means a commercial bank at which a Control Account is established. A list of all Control Account Banks on the Amendment Effective Date has been provided by the Issuer (or its agent) to the Administrative Agent and the Indenture Trustee.

Control Account Bank means the commercial bank holding the Control Account.

Control Account Bank means KeyBank Real Estate Capital or any replacement financial institution as may be designated by the Administrative Agent from time to time.
