Controlled Amortisation Amount definition

Controlled Amortisation Amount means on any Payment Date prior to the occurrence of a Trigger Event or enforcement of the Issuer Security:
Controlled Amortisation Amount means on any Payment Date before the occurrence of a Trigger Event for any Note or class of Notes issued by the Current Issuer which is a Controlled Amortisation Note or class of such Notes, the maximum aggregate principal amount which may be repaid by the Current Issuer to the relevant Noteholder or Noteholders of such class on that Payment Date in accordance with the Conditions and the Current Issuer Cash Management Agreement;
Controlled Amortisation Amount. ' means on any Payment Date before the occurrence of a Trigger Event for any Note or class of Notes issued by the Current Issuer which is a Controlled Amortisation Note or class of such Notes, the maximum aggregate principal amount which may be repaid by the Current Issuer to the relevant Noteholder or Noteholders of such class on that Payment Date in accordance with the Conditions and the Current Issuer Cash Management Agreement;

Examples of Controlled Amortisation Amount in a sentence

  • The Controlled Amortisation Amount of each class of Current Issuer Notes for each Payment Date is as set forth on Schedule 4.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing priorities, the Controlled Amortisation Amount payable in respect of each Class of Notes is determined by a schedule that indicates the target balance for that Class of Notes on the relevant Payment Date and not all Classes of Notes are scheduled to receive payments of principal on each Payment Date, with some lower ranking Classes of Notes being repaid principal before higher ranking Classes of Notes.

  • Controlled Amortization Period means, with respect to any Series, the period, if any, specified as such in the related Supplement.

  • Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount means (a) on the first Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such Distribution Date and (b) on each subsequent Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the excess, if any, of the Controlled Deposit Amount for such subsequent Distribution Date over the amount deposited in the Principal Funding Account on such subsequent Distribution Date.

  • Amortisation Yield means the rate per annum (expressed as a percentage) used to calculate the Amortised Nominal Amount of a Zero Coupon Note, in accordance with the provisions of Condition 7.5.1.

  • Formula Principal Distribution Amount means, as of any Remittance Date, the sum of:

  • Class Principal Distribution Amount As to each RCR Class, an amount as to principal equal to (i) the concurrent distribution of principal in respect of the related REMIC Class or Classes multiplied by (ii) a fraction the numerator of which is the Aggregate Denomination of such RCR Class and the denominator of which is the Initial Authorized Denomination of such RCR Class.   • Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.

  • Group 1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date is the sum of (i) the Group 1 Basic Principal Distribution Amount for such Distribution Date and (ii) the product of (a) the Overcollateralization Increase Amount for such Distribution Date and (b) the Group 1 Percentage.

  • M1 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Senior Certificates after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M1 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M1 Target Amount.

  • Class A-P Principal Distribution Amount As defined in Section 4.02.

  • Subordinated Principal Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date and Loan Group, the sum of the following with respect to each Loan Group: (i) the Subordinated Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of all amounts described in subclauses (a) through (d) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount with respect to such Loan Group and such Distribution Date, (ii) with respect to any Mortgage Loan in the related Loan Group that became a Liquidated Mortgage Loan during the calendar month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, the amount of Liquidation Proceeds allocable to principal received with respect thereto remaining after application thereof pursuant to clause (ii) of the definition of Senior Principal Distribution Amount for that Loan Group, up to the Subordinated Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the Stated Principal Balance of such Mortgage Loan, and (iii) the Subordinated Prepayment Percentage of the applicable Non-PO Percentage of the amounts described in subclause (f) of clause (i) of the definition of Non-PO Formula Principal Amount with respect to that Loan Group for such Distribution Date, reduced by the amount of any payments in respect of Class PO Deferred Amounts for such Distribution Date; provided, however, that on any Distribution Date after a Senior Termination Date, the Subordinated Principal Distribution Amount will not be calculated by Loan Group but will equal the amount calculated pursuant to the formula set forth above based on the applicable Subordinated Percentage and Subordinated Prepayment Percentage for the Subordinated Certificates for such Distribution Date with respect to all of the Mortgage Loans as opposed to the Mortgage Loans only in the related Loan Group.

  • Accumulation Period Amount means $41,666,666.67; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Accumulation Period Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Accumulation Period Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • M2 Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date on or after the Stepdown Date and as long as a Trigger Event is not in effect with respect to such Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (x) the sum of (i) the aggregate Class Principal Amount of the Class A and Class M1 Certificates, in each case after giving effect to distributions on such Distribution Date and (ii) the Class Principal Amount of the Class M2 Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date exceeds (y) the M2 Target Amount.

  • Controlled Accumulation Amount means $104,166,667; provided, however, if the Accumulation Period Length is determined to be less than twelve (12) months pursuant to Section 3.10(b)(ii) of the Indenture Supplement, the Controlled Accumulation Amount shall be the amount specified in the definition of “Controlled Accumulation Amount” in the Indenture Supplement.

  • Class A Principal Distribution Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the excess of (i) the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Class A Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date over (ii) the lesser of (A) 86.20% of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date and (B) the excess, if any, of the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans for such Distribution Date over the Overcollateralization Floor.
