Controlled group of corporations has the meaning set forth in Code Section 1563.

"FIDUCIARY" has the meaning set forth in ERISA Sec. 3(21). "FINANCIAL STATEMENTS" has the meaning set forth in SECTION 4(e) below. "FTC" means the United States Federal Trade Commission or any successor Governmental Body. "GAAP" means generally accepted accounting principles as in effect from time to time.
