Fringe Benefit Plan definition

Fringe Benefit Plan means any plan, practice, program or policy maintained by the Company with respect to fringe benefits.
Fringe Benefit Plan means any plan, practice, program or policy maintained by the Company with respect to fringe benefits, including, without limitation, tax and financial planning services and payment of related expenses.
