CAISO Controlled Grid definition

CAISO Controlled Grid has the meaning set forth in the CAISO Tariff.
CAISO Controlled Grid is defined in Appendix A to the CAISO Tariff.
CAISO Controlled Grid means the system of transmission lines and associated facilities and entitlements of the participating transmission owners that have been placed under the CAISO’s operational control.

Confidential Information shall mean any confidential, proprietary or trade secret information of a plan, specification, pattern, procedure, design, device, list, concept, policy or compilation relating to the present or planned business of a Party, which is designated as confidential by the Party supplying the information, whether conveyed orally, electronically, in writing, through inspection, or otherwise, subject to Article 22.1.2. Default shall mean the failure of a Breaching Party to cure its Breach in accordance with Article 17 of this LGIA. Distribution System shall mean those non-CAISO-controlled transmission and distribution facilities owned by the Participating TO. Distribution Upgrades shall mean the additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Participating TO’s Distribution System. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities. Effective Date shall mean the date on which this LGIA becomes effective upon execution by all Parties subject to acceptance by FERC, or if filed unexecuted, upon the date specified by FERC.
