Conversion Price Floor definition

Conversion Price Floor means the amount, in dollars, determined by multiplying (i) the Conversion Price by (ii) twenty percent (20%).
Conversion Price Floor means the amount, in dollars, determined by multiplying (i) the Initial Conversion Price by (ii) thirty percent (30%).
Conversion Price Floor means (i) on or prior to that date which is two hundred ten (210) days after the Closing Date, $6.00, and (ii) after that date which is two hundred ten (210) days after the Closing Date, the lower of (a) $6.00 and (b) the product of (.65) and the Conversion Price Ceiling, and shall be subject to adjustment as provided herein.
