Conversion Price Floor definition

Conversion Price Floor means the amount, in dollars, determined by multiplying (i) the Conversion Price by (ii) twenty percent (20%).

Conversion Price Floor means the amount, in dollars, determined by multiplying (i) the Initial Conversion Price by (ii) thirty percent (30%).

• As of the Closing Date, the Company shall have reserved out of its authorized and unissued shares of Common Stock, subject to Shareholder Approval, solely for the purpose of effecting the conversion of the Notes and the exercise of the Warrants, a number of shares of Common Stock equal to at least 100% of the aggregate number of shares of Common Stock issuable at a conversion price equal to the Conversion Price Floor (as defined in the Notes).
