Convertible Note Holders definition

Convertible Note Holders means the creditors identified in the Convertible Notes and their successors and assigns.

Convertible Note Holders means the holders of the Convertible Notes in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Securities Purchase Agreement.

Convertible Note Holders mean a registered holder of the Convertible Notes, and a “Convertible Note Holder” refers to any of the Convertible Note Holders.

More Definitions of Convertible Note Holders

Convertible Note Holders means, collectively, Xxxxx Skullcandy Holdings LLC, as agent (and any successor thereto), Xxxxx Skullcandy Holdings LLC and any Permitted Assigns (as such term is defined in the Convertible Note) thereof, and each other investor that holds a Convertible Note, together with the permitted successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.

Convertible Note Holders means the holders of Company Notes as of immediately prior to the Effective Time.

Convertible Note Holders means all holders of the Notes and of Common Stock issued upon conversion of the Notes. f Section 1.27 of the Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following definition as a new Section 1.27 in its entirety as follows:
