Convertible Preferred Units means the Series A Convertible Preferred Units issued by the Parent pursuant to the Partnership Agreement, the Series B Convertible Units issued by the Parent pursuant to the Partnership Agreement, the Series C Convertible Units issued by the Parent pursuant to the Partnership Agreement and the Series D Convertible Units issued by the Parent pursuant to the Partnership Agreement.

Convertible Preferred Units means any Preferred Units that are convertible, directly or indirectly, into Units.

• The Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Units (excluding Series A-1 Convertible Preferred Units issued as Series A PIK Preferred Units) shall be issued by the Partnership pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contribution Agreement.

More Definitions of Convertible Preferred Units

Convertible Preferred Units means the Class C Units (as defined in the Limited Partnership Agreement) of the Operating Partnership.

Convertible Preferred Units means the Partnership Units designated as Convertible Preferred Units under, and as otherwise defined and described in, the Partnership Agreement.
