Cooperative Funding Agreement definition

Cooperative Funding Agreement means that certain Missouri Flat Road Circulation Plan Funding Agreement dated April 15, 1997, by and between the County of El Dorado, Sundance Plaza Associates, Ltd., Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., and Village/El Dorado Partners, L.P., as amended.
