Cooperative Partners definition

Cooperative Partners means those partners identified in the annual Notice of Award (Cooperative Agreement) issued by SBA. The 2009 Notice of Award specifies the Cooperative Partners as SBDC NETWORK SD/IV, COCCC, and SBA.
Cooperative Partners means ASC, SUBCONTRACTOR and all Community partners identified in the Notice of Award issued by Prime Sponsor or in this Subcontract.
