Cooperative Purchasing Contract definition

Cooperative Purchasing Contract means an Agreement between Company and a public authority, including without limitation, a department, division, agency of a municipal, county or state government (“Public Authority”), that adopts or participates in an existing agreement between Company and another non- party customer (including, but not limited to such non-party customer’s equipment proposal, its applicable exhibits, attachments and purchasing terms and conditions), often referred to as a “piggyback arrangement,” which is expressly agreed to, in writing, by Company. Company has sole discretion to determine whether it will agree to such a Cooperative Purchasing Contract.

Related to Cooperative Purchasing Contract

  • First-tier subcontract means a subcontract awarded directly by the Contractor for the purpose of acquiring supplies or services (including construction) for performance of a prime contract. It does not include the Contractor’s supplier agreements with vendors, such as long-term arrangements for materials or supplies that would benefit multiple contracts and/or the costs of which are normally applied to a Contractor’s general and administrative expenses or indirect cost.

  • sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
