Copyright Derivative means the same as "derivative work" under the United States' Copyright Act of 1976.

  • Copyright Security Agreements means the Copyright Security Agreements made in favor of Agent, on behalf of itself and Lenders, by each applicable Credit Party.

  • Trademark License means any written agreement, now or hereafter in effect, granting to any third party any right to use any trademark now or hereafter owned by any Grantor or that any Grantor otherwise has the right to license, or granting to any Grantor any right to use any trademark now or hereafter owned by any third party, and all rights of any Grantor under any such agreement.

  • Intellectual Property License means any license, sublicense, right, covenant, non-assertion, permission, immunity, consent, release or waiver under or with respect to any Intellectual Property Rights or Technology.
