Core Junction Box means a handhole or other location in the County Rights-of-Way at which the County or its contractor obtains access to the County Network for the installation and connection of Interconnection Fibers.

Drop box means a device used for serial or sequential distribution of effluent by gravity flow to a lateral of a soil treatment area.
