Corporate Governance Agreement definition

Corporate Governance Agreement means the letter agreement entered into by Parent, Capital and LuxCo, on November 29, 2018.

Corporate Governance Agreement means the Corporate Governance Agreement by and between the Heineken Parties and FEMSA to be entered into on or prior to the Closing Date substantially in the form agreed to by the Parties, in relation to, among other things, FEMSA’s ownership of the Heineken Exchange Shares and Heineken Holding Exchange Shares.
