Corporate Governance Measures definition

Corporate Governance Measures means the corporate governance and compliance measures described in Paragraph 2(a) of this Stipulation and set forth in Exhibit A, which shall be adopted, implemented, and/or maintained by Sinclair pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of this Stipulation.

Corporate Governance Measures means the corporate governance measures set forth in Sections III·A to III·E of this Stipulation.
