Corporate Offices definition

Corporate Offices has the meaning set out in Section 9.2(c)(ii);
Corporate Offices means the corporate offices of the Comark Entities; “Court” has the meaning set out in Recital G;
Corporate Offices shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1 hereof.
