Corporation Entity definition

Corporation Entity means any Related Enterprise, other than an employee benefit or welfare plan or its related trust, if any.
Corporation Entity means any one or more of the Corporation and the Corporation Affiliates;

Corporation Entity means any company or other legal entity controlling, controlled by or under common control of Orthogen. For purposes of this definition the term “control” shall mean: (i) in the case of a corporate entity, the direct or indirect ownership of at least a majority of the stock or participating shares entitled to vote for the election of directors, (ii) in the case of a partnership, the power customarily held by a general partner to direct the management and policies of such partnership, or (iii) in the case of a joint venture, whether in corporate, partnership or other legal form, a more than nominal economic interest.
