Welfare Plan definition

Welfare Plan means a “welfare plan” as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.
Welfare Plan means a welfare plan, as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA, that is maintained for employees of any Loan Party or in respect of which any Loan Party could have liability.
Welfare Plan means any Employee Benefit Plan described in Section 3(1) of ERISA.

More Definitions of Welfare Plan

Welfare Plan means an employee welfare benefit plan as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA established or maintained by Borrower, Guarantor or any ERISA Affiliate or that covers any current or former employee of Borrower, Guarantor or any ERISA Affiliate.

Welfare Plan means each Benefit Plan that provides life insurance, health care, dental care, accidental death and dismemberment insurance, disability, severance, vacation or other group welfare or fringe benefits.
