Corporation Financial Statements means, collectively, the Corporation Annual Financial Statements and the Corporation Interim Financial Statements;
Corporation Financial Statements means (i) the audited consolidated financial statements of the Corporation as at and for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2009 and December 31, 2008, and (ii) the unaudited interim consolidated financial statements of the Corporation as at and for the periods ended June 30, 2010 and June 30, 2009;
Corporation Financial Statements means, collectively, the audited annual financial statements and unaudited interim financial statements of the Corporation that are filed on the Public Record and are included or incorporated (or deemed to be incorporated) by reference in the Prospectus, together with the notes thereto and, in the case of the audited annual financial statements, the auditor's report thereon;
