Corporations Law means the Corporations Law of the Commonwealth of Australia as applying in each State and Territory of Australia;
Corporations means the corporations identified on Schedule 1 hereto.
Service corporation means a corporation organized under ss. 180.1903 to 180.1921.
Corporation/ Corpn./ Department means the Central Warehousing Corporation.
Corporation means a corporation, association, company, joint-stock company or business trust.
Amalgamating Corporations means both of them;
Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Delaware General Corporation Law means the Delaware General Corporation Law, 8 Del. C.ss.100, et. seq., as amended from time to time.
CCC means Customer Care Centre
Public corporation means a county, city, village, township, port district, drainage district, special assessment district, or metropolitan district of this state, or a board, commission, or another authority or agency created by or under an act of the legislature of this state.
Australian Corporations Act means the Corporations Xxx 0000 (Cth) of Australia.
Corporation’s Auditors means such firm of chartered accountants as the Corporation may have appointed or may from time to time appoint as auditors of the Corporation;
Overseas Shareholders holders of Scheme Shares who are resident in, ordinarily resident in, or citizens of, jurisdictions outside the United Kingdom;
Corporate Headquarters means the location that is the primary center of direction, control and coordination for the company.
Domestic Corporation means an entity that is treated as a corporation for United States federal income tax purposes and is a U.S. Tax Person.
Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).
Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.
Office of the Corporation means the executive office of the Corporation, anything in Section 131 of the General Corporation Law to the contrary notwithstanding.
Amalco means the corporation resulting from the Amalgamation.
SSE means the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
Business Corporations Act means the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) from time to time in force and all amendments thereto and includes all regulations and amendments thereto made pursuant to that Act;
the Companies Acts means every statute (including any orders, regulations or other subordinate legislation made under it) from time to time in force concerning companies in so far as it applies to the company;
Michigan economic development corporation means the public body corporate created under section 28 of article VII of the state constitution of 1963 and the urban cooperation act of 1967, 1967 (Ex Sess) PA 7, MCL 124.501 to 124.512, by a contractual interlocal agreement effective April 5, 1999, as amended, between local participating economic development corporations formed under the economic development corporations act, 1974 PA 338, MCL 125.1601 to 125.1636, and the Michigan strategic fund. If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
GCL means the General Corporation Law of the State of Delaware.
Foreign nonprofit corporation means an entity:
Indian-owned economic enterprise means any Indian-owned (as determined by the Secretary of the Interior) commercial, industrial, or business activity established or organized for the purpose of profit, provided that Indian ownership constitutes not less than 51 percent of the enterprise.
