Cost of the Main Extension definition

Cost of the Main Extension means the cost of installing the Main as determined in Rules 10.5 through 10.7 of these Terms and Conditions for Sewage Disposal Service.
Cost of the Main Extension means the estimated cost of installing the Main or the actual cost of a developer-installed extension.
Cost of the Main Extension means the cost of installing the Main as determined in Sections 24.5 through 24.7 of these Terms and Conditions for Sewage Disposal Service.

Examples of Cost of the Main Extension in a sentence

  • If the Cost of the Main Extension is greater than the free extension cost, that extension shall be made, upon receipt by the Utility of a signed agreement and a Deposit from the Applicant, without specific approval by the Commission.

  • In no event shall the total amount of refunds to be paid by the Utility to the Developer under this Agreement exceed the Cost of the Main Extension, such amount being the limit of the Utility's obligation for refunds hereunder.

More Definitions of Cost of the Main Extension

Cost of the Main Extension means the cost of installing the Main as determined in Sections 23.5 through 23.7 of these Terms and Conditions for Sewage Disposal Service.
Cost of the Main Extension means the cost of installing the Main as determined in Sections 243.5 through 243.7 of these Terms and Conditions for Sewage Disposal Service.

Related to Cost of the Main Extension

  • Extension Term means the time period defined in §2.C.

  • Line Extension means the provision of facilities (including, but not limited to, poles, fixtures, wires, and appurtenances) necessary for delivering electrical energy from the point of origin to one or more of the customer's points of delivery. Facilities provided by the Company to maintain, protect, upgrade, or improve its overall distribution system (even if necessary due to a customer's load addition) are not considered part of a line extension.

  • End of Term Extension means the time period defined in §2.D.

  • Debt service extension base means an amount equal to that

  • Extended Term Loan shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(e).

  • Grace Period Extension Date means, if:

  • Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.

  • Renewal Application means a document used to collect pertinent data for renewal of permits

  • Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;

  • Cost-plus-a-percentage-of-cost contract means a contract under which the contractor is paid a percentage of the total actual expenses or costs in addition to the contractor's actual expenses or costs.

  • Principal Period of Maintenance means any nine consecutive hours per day (usually between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.) as selected by the State, including an official meal period not to exceed one hour, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed at the installation.
