Cost Savings Initiative definition

Cost Savings Initiative has the meaning assigned to such term in the definition ofConsolidated Adjusted EBITDA”.
Cost Savings Initiative means any operational change, restructuring, cost savings initiative or other similar initiative or specified transaction.

More Definitions of Cost Savings Initiative

Cost Savings Initiative means any operational initiative, change or improvement, cost savings initiative or other similar initiative and/or specified transaction (including, without limitation, head-count reductions, restructurings, reorganizations, transition and integration of operations, cessation of business at any plant or factory or moving of any such plant or factory or the headquarters or corporate office) described in reasonable detail and implemented after the First Amendment Effective Date, but excluding any such items relating to the Transactions.
